Steak Fajitas
Description
Steak fajitas with sauted vegetables are a delicious meal! Substitute the steak for chicken, if preferred.
This dish is a favorite in our house as everyone can make their own combination of fajitas. Plus, this dish pairs great with Spanish Rice.

List of Ingredients
- Flank Steak
- Canola Oil
- Ground Black Pepper
- Sea Salt
- Limes (2 or 3)
- Tortillas (Corn or Flour)
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, salsa, veggies)
Recipe Steps
- Trim the excess fat off of the flank steak
- Add the flank steak to a large bowl for marinating
- Add 3 Tablespoons of Canola Oil, 2 Tablespoons of Black Pepper, 1 Tablespoon of Sea Salt, and the juice of 2-3 limes into the bowl to marinade the flank steak
- Let the flank steak marinate for about 15 minutes (it's a short marinade time)
- Slice up the flank steak prior to cooking into thin strips
- Place all the flank steak strips into a large frying pan and cook on medium heat
- Stir the flank steak around every few minutes to makes sure it is cooking evenly
- Once the flank steak starts to get a slight char on it, transfer the steak to a plate
- Serve in either corn or flour tortillas with your favorite toppings
